Counseling Center Advisory Committee

The Committee participates in the ongoing review and evaluation of Counseling Center services, programs, and resources. The Committee advises the Director on ways to better support the mental health needs of Illinois students and promotes increased awareness of Counseling Center services and activities. Advisory Committee Members may have the opportunity to assist in the selection of new professional staff by serving on consultative committees. The Committee makes recommendations to the Counseling Center in its submission of budget priorities to the Service Fee Advisory Committee (SFAC) and may assist in the presentation.

Time Commitment

The committee usually meets one Friday of each month at noon for approximately 1 hour (please note how this fits your schedule as you select this committee).
