Student Affairs is hosting lllini Wellness Week from Sunday, March 21-Sunday, March 28. The purpose of Illini Wellness Week is to bring campus units together to create an inclusive environment focused on wellness, highlighting programs and services offered on campus. 


Spring Into Fitness

Just Ask (Your Sexual Health Questions Answered)

Just Ask is a space where your sexual health questions can be answered. Do you have questions about consent, birth control, identity, relationships, STIs, etc.? Submit your questions at Tune into Instagram Live to hear answers and what other students are curious about.

IU Board Trivia Tuesday

The Illini Union Board will hold the weekly trivia event. Three rounds of trivia will be held with prize winners each round.

Creating Personal "Spring Break" Practices

Counseling Center paraprofessionals will discuss setting up your own self-care and spring break practices. Learn to balance work and life in ways that will enhance your overall mental health.

Enjoy $4 bowling (game and shoe rental) and $4/hour of billiards all day until 5pm. Then from 5-8pm enjoy FREE play all night.

Coffee is Bae - Making Your Favorite Drinks at Home

Quarantine and working/taking classes from home has brought so many challenges and additional, unique stressors to students’ lives. You might have found yourself drinking more caffeine than usual or running for coffee in the morning before Zoom class. In this workshop, we will talk about the nutritional considerations of our favorite caffeinated beverages and share a couple of recipes for delicious coffee drinks at home (plus one non-coffee drink recipe for those that don't like coffee)!

IJourney workshops are peer developed, peer led covering a variety of topics. Trained student facilitors help explore issues of social identity, exclusion/inclusion, and being an ally.
