Good health is essential. Maintaining good health, though, is the key to a better life. It takes some work for some people, for others it seems like no work at all. Student Affairs wants you to be mindful that, with a little help, you can establish patterns and routines in your life that will actually make you feel better, stronger and more prepared for what comes your way. A healthy lifestyle has been proven to improve cognitive thinking, your outlook, the affect you have on your surroundings and the way others perceive you. It doesn't take much, but what you do will definitely benefit you–for a lifetime.
