Student Fee Advisory Committee

In addition to reviewing and advising the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs regarding the Service Fee, Health Fee and Housing Fee, the SFAC will review the components of the Student Initiated Fee and make recommendations to the Vice Chancellor relevant to increases, decreases or no change in the fee amounts.

To the extent possible, the review of the components of the Student Initiated Fee will be completed in tandem with the renewal referendums outlined in the Student Code.  SFAC recommendations will go to the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs for consideration. The recommendations of SFAC and the Vice Chancellor will be presented to the Chancellor.

An SFAC recommendation to initiate or discontinue a component of the Student Initiated Fee must be affirmed by student referendum.
